Kevin
Moore Music Evangelism
Kevin Moore is a saxophonist from Gadsden, Alabama. Kevin and
his lovely wife Leah are members of MeadowBrook Baptist Church,
where they are involved in the young married and music ministries.
He blends a rhythmic style of pop, rock, gospel, and slow contemporary
praise music that is sensitive to the spirit of our Lord and
Savior, Jesus Christ. He has been well received in many denominational
settings across Alabama.
Kevin came to know Christ at the age of twelve years old on
a Sunday morning worship service in September 1982 at Pine Forest
Baptist Church in Ashville, Alabama, which was the church where
he was raised. Kevin’s parents and grandparents were very
influential in his walk with God.
God has blessed Kevin to minister in worship with some talented
musicians. Kevin has opened up for such artists as Charles Billingsley,
Kevin Derryberry, Damascus Road Ministries, Breakaway Ministries,
and performed onstage with the popular gospel group The Kingsmen.
Kevin has most recently participated in the biggest Christian
music festival in the South, AtlantaFest, for 2001, 2002 and
2003, as well as playing the National Anthem at many sport events
across Alabama, such as The Huntsville Stars, Birmingham Barons,
and Montgomery Biscuits baseball games.
Kevin has ministered in music in many places but his main desire
is to honor God with his musical skills. His daily prayer is
to let others see Jesus through him in the church, the workplace,
or anywhere else that God may lead him.
Psalms 37:4 Take delight in
the Lord, and He will give you your heart's desires
